headspace Armadale is seeking a Youth Access Worker to engage with young people aged 12–25, conduct assessments, and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will perform bio-psycho-social assessments, manage suicide and violence risk screening, provide brief interventions, and ensure thorough documentation and follow-up referrals. AHPRA-registered specialists are encouraged to apply, reflecting our commitment to high-quality youth mental health support.
