This role is available full time or part-time (3, 4 or 5 days per week) for the right applicant.

About the Role

As our Scheduler / Customer Service Officer, you’ll be an important part of our team, helping keep our technicians organised and ensuring our customers receive excellent service.

Your Responsibilities
Scheduling technicians and coordinating jobs through ServiceM8
Keeping the daily schedule running smoothly and ensuring bookings are accurate through strong attention to detail
Answering customer enquiries via phone, email and in person




Providing clear information about our services
Responding to urgent customer requests and resolving scheduling issues as they arise
Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced workplace
Supporting the Team Leader and Team Coordinator with day-to-day administration

Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Problem-solving skills

Experience
Administration and customer service experience essential
Scheduling experience highly desirable
ServiceM8 experience highly desirable (training provided for the right person)
