The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills and hands-on fabrication experience, with the ability to manage workflow and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of 5 workshop staff
Complete and oversee quality checks
Schedule and coordinate daily workflow




Read and check technical drawings
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
Maintain high workmanship and production standards
Motivate and support team members

Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in a Leading Hand or Management role
Solid fabrication and welding background
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Solid attention to detail and quality control
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
