We are seeking a reliable and experienced Wood shop Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on role producing high-quality doors and timber products in a busy workshop environment.

The successful candidate will have experience working with operating woodworking machinery and be committed to maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble timber doors and other timber products
Operate woodworking machinery including
Drop saws
Table saws
Routers
Hot door press
CNC router
Other timber processing equipment
Measure, cut, machine, and assemble timber components to specification
Read and interpret production drawings and job instructions
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with general workshop duties as required

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a timber manufacturing workplace.




Proven experience operating drop saws, table saws, routers, and related woodworking machinery
Ability to accurately measure and work from drawings and specifications
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Reliable work ethic and positive team attitude
