Ochre Lane is a founder-led Australian premium swimwear and resortwear brand built on considered design, elevated aesthetics.
We're expanding our wholesale presence across the US, Europe, and Australia, and we're looking for a Wholesale Account Sales Manager to drive that growth.
You'll own our relationships with wholesale agencies and boutique retailers across multiple territories. This is a sales role first—you'll hunt for recent retail accounts, proactively move excess inventory, and build direct relationships with retailers. You'll also manage the operational side: agencies, reporting, commission tracking, and sell-through analysis. You're the linchpin between our production and our retail partners.
You'll work closely with our Founder/Creative Director on strategy and with our Head of Operations on execution. This role opens at 28 hours per week with flexibility to scale to full time based on performance and business growth.
