Your day-to-day will include:
Welding tube metal to a plate
Reading and interpreting welding drawings and weld symbols
Preparing surfaces and fitting up components prior to welding
Conducting visual inspections and in-process quality checks
Working to weld procedures and quality standards
Adhering to all site safety requirements
Own welding gear would be ideal.
