Waste Operators Wanted: Tropical Waste Services is currently looking for Truck Drivers. We are locally owned and operated servicing Townsville and surrounding areas.
Skills and experience required
Current HR licence minimum.
Clean driving record.
A qualified presentation and manner with strong customer service ethic.
A robust commitment to safety; and a willingness to work as part of team.
Your responsibilities will include
Secure operation of a range of vehicles, including but not limited to: Vacuum trucks/hook lifts/front lifts, delivery truck flatbed including Forklift.
Maintaining presentation of vehicles both inside and out.
Perform loading and unloading duties of commercial and industrial waste.
Ensure high standards of Safety compliance.

Modern Fleet - Variety of work We deal with all different streams of waste (grease trap, Oily Water, Sewage, Dry Rubbish etc). A tolerance for smells is a must, if you struggle with odours this isn't the job for you.
