Catholic Healthcare invites applications for a casual Group Fitness Instructor to join our Health and Wellness Team. You will help develop and implement exercise programs for our older clients across Jesmond, East Maitland and Morpeth areas.
You will lead engaging sessions with cardiovascular, strengthening, flexibility, coordination and balance components, while tailoring activities to individuals and ensuring safety. A passion for elder care, a current fitness cert and First Aid are essential.
