Our client is a highly respected and rapidly growing South Australian law firm with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality, practical legal advice. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their growing Wills and Estates team.

About the Role

This role will provide essential support to our solicitors and clients across a broad range of files. The successful candidate will be involved in:
Preparing and managing documents, correspondence and court forms.
Drafting simple wills, powers of attorney, and assisting with probate and estate administration.
Liaising with clients, external stakeholders and government authorities.
Managing file openings, billing and trust account requirements in line with legal practice standards.
Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the practice.





About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and client-focused. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a law firm, particularly in wills and estates.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with legal practice management software.
A professional, positive and team-focused attitude.
