About Us
Treehouse is an iconic Byron Bay venue located on Belongil Beach, open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our menu highlights wood-fired pizzas, Mediterranean-inspired dishes, local brews and fresh cocktails – all focused on straightforward, authentic flavours and locally sourced produce.
We have recently completed major kitchen and pizzeria renovations, giving you the chance to work in a refreshed space alongside a passionate and supportive team.
The Roles
We are looking for experienced Chefs who thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in delivering high-quality food consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes that align with our menu and style
Managing your section during service
Mise en place, setup and breakdown
Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Building a strong understanding of our menu and restaurant concept
Participating in ongoing training to develop skills and support team growth
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Chef or Pizza Chef role
Strong work ethic and reliability
Passion for fresh, high-quality food
Ability to work well within a team
Positive attitude and desire to grow
