We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Temporary Leasing Consultant to join a supportive residential property team based in Perth's inner northern suburbs.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment while a permanent recruitment process is underway, with the prospect to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Working Hours
Wednesday to Saturday
9:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
As the first point of contact for prospective tenants, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless leasing experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting home opens and private viewings
Responding promptly to leasing enquiries
Processing rental applications and supporting applicant screening
Liaising with prospective tenants and the property management team
Preparing lease documentation and coordinating move-ins
Maintaining accurate records in the property management system
Providing outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience in residential leasing or property management (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, skilled approach and the ability to work independently
