About the Role

As a Trainee Production Operator, you’ll learn how to work safely and confidently in a clean, regulated production environment. You’ll be trained across different stages of the manufacturing process and supported by experienced team members every step of the way.

You’ll gain experience in
Packaging products
Operating production machinery
Assisting with setting up, cleaning, and maintaining equipment
Completing quality checks and documentation
Following safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
