About the Role

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team while helping deliver exceptional service to our clients. No two days are the same, with responsibilities including:
Assisting with the day-to-day activities of our residential sales team.
Coordinating property marketing campaigns, advertising, and social media content.
Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining client relationships.
Assisting with open homes, private inspections, and property launches.
Preparing marketing materials and ensuring listings are presented to the highest standard.
Providing administrative support to ensure a seamless sales process from listing through to settlement.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:




Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A confident communicator with solid customer service skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
Passionate about real estate, marketing, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology.
Holds a current driver’s licence and has reliable transport.
Holds an Agent’s Representative Certificate (or is willing to obtain one).
