The Role
Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care.
Assist with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
Support and care for residents as they age and assist them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
Ensure an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

About this location

Bolton Clarke’s Cunningham Villas community provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, tropical residential setting, located in the coastal town of Bowen in the Whitsundays.

To be successful, you will have:
Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport,



Birth Certificate etc)
Prior to commencement, complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
