IMC is seeking a Payroll Officer to join the Sydney-based Finance team, working with the Payroll Manager to execute payroll across 5+ APAC jurisdictions for 350+ employees. You’ll contribute to accurate, compliant payroll on a monthly cycle and support a global migration project to Neeyamo.
You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and regional teams to ensure timely, accurate payroll inputs, manage data quality, and drive process improvements and automation from day one.
