I’m recruiting for a Home Finance Specialist for a well established, reputable firm in West Perth .

The Role:
Managing the end-to-end process for residential loans .
Generating current business opportunities & converting leads .
Key relationships with Accountants/Financial Advisers/Real Estate Specialists
Building referral networks , identifying opportunities within existing & new client bases.
Reading financial statements e.g. balance sheets, P&L; reports .

About you:
Proven expertise across Business Development, Relationship Management, Home Loan Writing.
Strong knowledge of Residential Lending/Mortgage Broking
5+ years in mortgage broking/lending.
ACL/Credit Rep qualified and compliant CPD records.
