The Salvation Army is seeking an Initial Assessment & Planning Worker in Geelong, VIC, Australia, to be the first point of contact for people experiencing homelessness. This fixed-term full time role is contracted for 12 months, reporting to the Team Leader.
You will provide intake, assessment, information and referral services, perform risk assessments, and develop support pathways, delivering compassionate, person-centred assistance during housing crises.
