Banubanu Holdings Pty Ltd t/as Banubanu Beach Retreat on Nhulunbuy Island requires a qualified head chef with 5+ years in a commercial kitchen. You will craft European-inspired dishes with fusion elements, using local Indigenous ingredients to create a unique guest experience on a remote island.

You will live on the island, work a standard 38-hour week, with time in lieu for extra hours, and a small team workplace including occasional maintenance duties.
