About the Prospect
This is an exciting chance for a Warehouse Operator to join our team in Altona. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will play a key role in supporting the productive day to day operations of the warehouse.
Key responsibilities
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks
Load and unload shipping containers
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders of fibre cement, plasterboard, metal framing, and associated accessories.
Perform routine pre- start inspections on Forklift and equipment.
Demonstrating a high level of safety and process compliance at all times
General warehouse duties and housekeeping
About You
A valid LF forklift license
Previous forklift experience a must
Able to work in a fast-paced setting
Excellent attention to detail
Available Monday to Friday for shifts during our operating hours of 6am - 4pm
