The Role As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by maintaining stock accuracy, processing inventory, and supporting daily administrative and warehouse functions.
Key responsibilities include:
Receiving and dispatching stock
Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
Conducting regular stocktakes and cycle counts
Assisting with inventory control and stock replenishment
Processing invoices and delivery documentation
Loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Supporting the wider operations team as required
Skills & Experience
Previous warehouse or stores experience
Experience with stock control and inventory management
Experience processing invoices and delivery paperwork
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Good computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems (desirable)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
