Chance
Lead and deliver concept and detailed designs for HV (220 kV) and EHV substations across Australia and New Zealand.
Collaborate with a team of power engineers, designers and technical leaders.
Mentor and coach emerging power electrical engineers.
Support client management activities, including bidding and proposal preparation.
Contribute to quality assurance and contract compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience producing substation layouts, equipment lists, clearance checks and HV cable designs.
Familiarity with Australian and Recent Zealand regulations.
Proficiency in CYMCAP, CDEGs, Autodesk SBS, Inventor, Navisworks, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
Robust problem‑solving skills and ability to calculate earthing design, cabling sizing, etc.
Experience leading complex high‑voltage substation design projects.
Solid relationship building and collaboration across functions.
Demonstrated motivation to learn, grow in a team and manage multiple tasks.
