The Chance Our client operates a large scale, multioutlet operation that is consistently busy 7 days a week due to its community backing and demand.
A day in the life of a Venue Manager at this business will include planning for operational success, stock & inventory management, overseeing food safety, daily reporting, P&L; management, and ensuring teams are meeting performance targets across multiple casual dining outlets.
You will be playing a supporting role to the General Manager of Operations, being visible and hands on to your teams on the ground who will need coaching and support through busy trading periods.

The Candidate
A minimum of 1 years hospitality experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Cafe Manager is essential
Barista trained is desirable
Ability to work in small to large teams and lead from the front in service - this role requires you to carry out regular front of house duties each day
Ability to help manage stock control and display food
Strong customer service skills with a solutions focused outlook to handling situations as they arise
