LuMi Dining is looking to add highly skilled and motivated team members to our roster across the FOH and beverage program.
We are looking for people who are passionate about the produce they serve, are interested in gastronomy and engaging in self-learning & research to broaden the understanding of hospitality, service and products across the whole team.
What you'll be doing
Providing attentive, friendly and qualified service with a touch of casual energy,
Maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness around your station and the venue,
Explaining ingredients and preparation in depth to our guests,
Providing suggestions on request to further enhance the dining experience,
Assisting with venue operations and functions.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in hatted settings is preferred but not a necessity,
Minimum of 1`+ years of waitstaff or customer service experience required,
Previous experience with wine service is preferred but also not a necessity,
Willingness to continuously learn and grow with the team,
High level of communication skills,
Ability to perform under external pressures,
Attention to detail,
Versatile and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask.
Australian work rights will be assessed on a case by case basis.
