One of Sekuro's flagship clients is rolling out a major upgrade to their Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, a recent access portal and a reimagined RBAC experience that will change how users request, manage and review access every day. Done right, this builds trust and momentum. Done poorly, it creates confusion and support overload. We need someone to make sure it's the former.
The Prospect
Own the human side of this transformation end to end. Partner with technical delivery, IAM risk and control stakeholders, and business leaders to keep every impacted user informed, trained and confident from day one through go-live and beyond.
What You'll Own
You'll lead a formal Change Impact Assessment to pinpoint affected users, processes and risks, then translate those findings into targeted, role-based training covering every material change to access and workflows.
You'll drive an integrated communications plan spanning early awareness, go-live readiness,
cutover messaging and hypercare support, backed by polished, audit-ready training modules, guides and demos.
You'll also stand up a practical user support model, including drop-in sessions, and build a centralised source of truth (the V10 source page) housing every decision, impact and FAQ in one place.
What You Bring
Proven experience leading change, communications and training through complex IT or enterprise upgrades, ideally within IAM, IGA or cybersecurity. You turn technical change into messaging people engage with, and you're comfortable delivering audit-ready outcomes in risk-conscious settings.
Why Join
High-visibility work for a flagship client, shaping how an entire organisation experiences a major digital shift. If you love driving change that actually sticks, we want to hear from you.
