The Prospect

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our team at our Northgate branch.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of Right2Drive , delivering accident replacement vehicles to customers and ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and stress-free.

You’ll help customers complete documentation, maintain vehicle presentation standards, and ensure every delivery and collection runs smoothly. It’s a role that combines customer service, attention to detail, and pride in doing things right.

What You’ll Be Responsible For




Delivering accident replacement vehicles to customers and referrers in a timely and professional manner
Ensuring fleet vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for use
Assisting customers with required documentation and system submissions
Providing outstanding customer service and representing Right2Drive with care and professionalism

About You

You’re a down-to-earth, collaborative team player with a passion for helping others. You bring a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the energy to deliver outstanding experiences — every time.

You’ll also bring
A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
A proactive, reliable, and friendly approach
Experience in customer-facing or service-based roles (highly regarded)
