You’ll need
At least two years of hospitality experience
A valid NSW RSA
Full Australian working rights
Robust communication skills and a skilled manner
Good common sense and the ability to think on your feet
Reliability and availability for nights and weekends
Confidence working in a busy bar and restaurant
Wine, spirits and cocktails knowledge w
