Reporting to the Group GM People & Culture, you’ll take ownership of the seasonal recruitment process for three high-profile local businesses in Mildura including Mildura Fruit Company. This is a hands-on role where you’ll influence outcomes and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team.
Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth integration for new hires.
Offboarding:



Coordinate documentation and participate in end-of-season reviews.
Compliance: Maintain adherence to employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, WHS regulations, and company policies.
Provide solutions for recruitment challenges such as high turnover and seasonal fluctuations.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
Knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, immigration regulations, and WHS requirements.
Strong understanding of seasonal workforce recruitment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles under pressure.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
