We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to build and own their own desk, drive business development and manage end-to-end recruitment, supported by dedicated Coordinators and solid internal systems.

What will you do?
Build, manage and grow a portfolio of clients
Drive consistent business development through proactive outreach and networking
Manage end-to-end recruitment across live roles
Work closely with Coordinators to optimise recruitment delivery
Follow Woods & Co’s 8-Step Recruitment Process
Submit and promote top candidates through reverse marketing
Attend client meetings and networking events
Maintain accurate activity and reporting in Bullhorn
Build your personal brand through regular LinkedIn activity
What do you need?
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
Robust business development and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes
Confident communication and stakeholder engagement
Experience using JobAdder or similar ATS is a bonus
Self-driven, resilient and motivated to grow your desk
