We’re on the hunt for a high‑energy, people‑driven Store Manager to take the reins at ASN Parap and turn it into the beating heart of the local fitness community. If you love supplements, live and breathe health & performance, and know how to inspire a team, this is your chance to lead a store that genuinely changes lives.

This role isn’t your standard retail gig. You’ll be the face of the store, the coach, the strategist, and the hype‑leader all in one. You’ll build relationships, run events, drive sales, and create an environment where customers feel supported, educated, and excited to come back.

Roster includes one weekend day per week as part of a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations with energy, confidence, and high standards

Recruit, train, and mentor a motivated, knowledgeable team

Build solid partnerships with gyms, PTs, and local fitness networks
Plan and run promotions, community events, and educational sessions
Manage inventory, systems, and store compliance with precision
