Symbio, part of the Aussie Broadband Group, is seeking an Assurance Specialist in Sydney to resolve technical issues across voice, data, mobile and NBN services. The role operates in a rostered support setting with weekday hours and a rotating weekend roster about once per month.

You will troubleshoot faults across NBN, Ethernet, SIP trunks/endpoints, and mobile services while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to restore services and minimise customer impact.
