Harbord OOSH in Freshwater, NSW is seeking an experienced Practice Lead to join the leadership team. The role balances quality, compliance and operational support, with on-floor involvement during busy periods and potential to act as Nominated Supervisor and PIDDC.

You’ll mentor educators and strengthen regulatory practices in office. Working closely with the Centre Director and team, you’ll drive continuous improvement, maintain audit-ready records and ensure high-quality outcomes for children
