We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Test Lead / Senior Test Analyst to join a major payroll transformation and migration program.
This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating testing activities across a complex system transformation, ensuring payroll processes, data, and system functionality are fully validated ahead of implementation.
Working closely with the Test Manager, you will operate autonomously to deliver assigned testing outcomes, supporting UAT, functional testing, defect management, and stakeholder engagement within a structured Waterfall delivery workplace.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a SAP Payroll Test Lead / Senior Test Analyst.
Hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP ECC.
Solid payroll testing experience,
including parallel payroll runs and payroll migration activities.
Previous experience leading UAT delivery and supporting business users through testing cycles.
Experience delivering testing within complex system implementations, transformations, and migrations.
Experience using ALM (Quality Centre) within a Waterfall testing environment.
Solid defect management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with business, technical teams, and vendors.
