Olympus is seeking a full time Customer Operations Specialist - Service to join our Operations team at our head office in Notting Hill. You will be the primary contact for hospital customers, delivering high-quality support across phone, email and case management.
Reporting to the Customer Experience & Operations Manager, you will coordinate service requests, manage cases, support repairs and loan programs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding outcomes and KPI achievement.
