We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with robust hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect and Contact Centre applications. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities while actively contributing to test execution, ensuring the successful delivery of Amazon Connect solutions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the testing lifecycle for Amazon Connect implementations and enhancements.
Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with project requirements.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Contact Centre solutions.
Validate Amazon Connect integrations with CRM,
telephony, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to ensure quality deliverables.
Track defects, provide status reporting, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Mentor and guide QA team members while driving testing best practices.
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Test Lead in enterprise testing projects.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and Contact Centre applications.
Robust understanding of Amazon Connect features, workflows, routing, and integrations.
Experience in API and integration testing.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Location: Sydney, Australia
Contract: 6 Months with a possibility of extension.
