Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise system implementation from planning through to go-live.
Manage software vendors, ensuring contractual commitments, scope and delivery outcomes are achieved.
Coordinate business, architecture, integration, data, testing, operational readiness and deployment activities.
Identify solution gaps, assess impacts and proactively manage scope, risks and dependencies.
Work closely with architects and technical teams to ensure integration and solution decisions remain sustainable.
Provide governance, reporting and strategic advice to executive stakeholders and program leadership.
Drive collaboration across business units, technology teams and external delivery partners.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who brings:
Proven experience delivering complex enterprise technology transformation programs.
Robust vendor and commercial management experience,
with the ability to challenge assumptions and validate delivery commitments.
Experience managing enterprise software implementations involving significant configuration, integration or customisation.
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration and technology delivery within complex environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage scope, product gaps, risks and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing executives, business leaders and technical teams.
Highly Desirable Experience
Experience in one or more of the following environments will be highly regarded:
Aviation operations
Crew management systems
Workforce management platforms
Rostering or scheduling systems
Payroll systems
Operationally critical enterprise platforms
