Were looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on the recruitment of on the floor retail roles. This is a hands-on, fast-paced prospect where you'll work closely with key stakeholders and have real impact from day one.

What you'll be doing:
Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior retail leadership positions
Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging high-calibre candidates
Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver against timelines




Managing multiple roles at once while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
Supporting the team through a busy and exciting hiring period

What were looking for:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment
Strong background in retail or leadership-level hiring
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
