About The Role
Position: Dispatch Clerk
Status: Full Time
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Dispatch Clerk to support our day-to-day dispatch and transport operations. Working closely with drivers, customers and operational teams, you will ensure freight movements, documentation and system transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Process dispatch documentation and system transactions
Coordinate freight, container receivals and dispatch activities
Prepare delivery, release and transport documentation
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Communicate with drivers, transport providers and customers
Monitor dispatch schedules and provide operational updates
Respond to customer enquiries professionally
Support compliance with safety and operational procedures
About You
Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, administration or customer service (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
Reliable team player with a commitment to safety
