As Store Manager, you’ll have full ownership of your store — leading your team, driving performance and delivering a fashion‑led customer experience every day.

You’ll be responsible for:
Maximising sales growth by creating a unique, curves-first customer experience
Building genuine customer loyalty through exceptional, personalised service
Leading and inspiring your team to achieve targets and KPIs
Elevating store presentation through impeccable visual merchandising standards
Inventory control and managing loss prevention




Maintaining a safe store setting in line with health and safety standards
Managing and achieving store budgets — including sales, wages, margin, and key KPIs

You’ll bring:
Excellent leadership skills and a genuine talent for developing people
A deep passion for retail and fashion — plus-size and curve fashion in particular
Solid communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers and team
A positive, proactive attitude with loads of initiative
