What's the Role?

As a Speech Pathologist, you will:

Conduct speech, language and communication assessments





Develop and deliver evidence-based, person-centred therapy plans

Prepare high-quality clinical reports and NDIS documentation

Assess and support Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) where appropriate

Provide services across clinic, home, school and community settings

Educate and support families, carers and other stakeholders

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for participants

Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

Is it Right for You?

You'll be a great fit if you have:

A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology

Eligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status with Speech Pathology Australia

Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills

A passion for supporting people with communication needs to achieve their goals

The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

A current Australian Driver Licence (or ability to obtain one)

Eligibility for NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Clearance and a National Police Check
