Key Responsibilities
Supporting residents with daily living tasks in a respectful, person-centred way
Assisting with personal care and hygiene




Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting residents with domestic routines and structured activities
Encouraging participation in recreational and social programs
Promoting independence and wellbeing

Skills & Qualifications

Required
A genuine interest in helping others in a residential care setting
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Police Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Availability for Day, Afternoon, Sleepover and Active Night shifts
