Are you an experienced Support Worker who wants to make a real difference?
Eternal Disability Care is seeking reliable, skilled Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex needs in home and community settings.
What You’ll Do
Support daily living tasks including personal care, meals, and household duties
Assist with community access, appointments, and social activities
Follow Behaviour Support, Mealtime, and Health Management Plans
Support participants with dignity, safety, and independence
Complete accurate shift notes and documentation.
What You’ll Bring
Experience supporting participants with complex or high-intensity needs (SIL preferred)
Solid communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills
Confidence managing challenging behaviours
Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and participant rights
Manual handling knowledge or experience
Essential Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR (current)
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Legal working rights in Australia
Working With Children Check (preferred)
Medical Administration Certificate
Relevant Qualification (Preferred)
