About the role

Based in our Perth office, we are seeking a agile Team Leader. This pivotal opportunity will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of broking professionals and utilising strong leadership skills to ensure the team gets the best outcomes possible for our clients. This includes, but not limited to:
Partnering with Brokers, Insurers and Gallagher’s offices nationally
Dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis both by visits, telephone and correspondence
Management and growth of client portfolio

Demonstrated experience leading teams
Proven ability to build solid relationships with clients, brokers and colleagues
Tier 1 qualification (insurance broking)
