The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world. Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history.

It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

Future Generation Joint

Venture on behalf of SC Hydro Pty Ltd is currently recruiting for TBM Operators on the Snowy 2.0 Project in the Snowy Monaro region. The project is working a 14:7 roster, 12 hour shifts which may include days/nights rotating.

The successful candidate will have: Experience with operation of TBM’s controlling cutterheads

Experience across large diameter, Multi-Mode TBM operations Ensure proper alignment and driving during TBM operations

Operation, daily maintenance and routine servicing of equipment





Ensure timely progress of work according to schedule and plans

Required to familiarize themselves with the approved emergency procedures, contingency plans, communication procedures and rescue plans

Completing shift / daily records

Responsible for identifying any and all safety hazards and notifying the appropriate persons accordingly You must currently hold the following tickets/licences: Drivers licence

High risk work licence – Forklift, EWP, DG
