APJ Concrete Pty Ltd is a well-established Territory family business operating since 2013. We specialise in concrete supply, civil construction, and earthworks across Alice Springs and remote Northern Territory.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Concreters and Formwork Carpenters to join our team.
About the Role
Working on a variety of commercial, civil and infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete and formwork works while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Place, finish and cure concrete to project specifications.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Construct, install and dismantle formwork systems.
Install reinforcement in accordance with engineering drawings.
Assist with concrete placement,
screeding and finishing.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
Comply with all WHS policies, procedures and safe work practices.
Maintain clean, organised and qualified work areas.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Proven experience as a Concreter and/or Formwork Carpenter in civil construction.
Robust knowledge of concrete placement, finishing and formwork systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.
Construction White Card (essential).
Relevant trade qualification.
Current Driver Licence (preferred).
What We Offer
$40–$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
