Job Description

We're looking for a hands‑on leader who will be able to role model exceptional guest service, and be an ambassador of our hotel's identity, and brand. Our Duty Managers are integral in managing all components of front office operations, including inventory & reservations management, guest satisfaction, and championing Accor's loyalty program. In the absence of the Front Office Manager, and other senior leadership, the Duty Manager will manage the hotels operations. The key duties of the role include:
Ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the hotel, and seize prospects to provide highly personalised experiences for our guests, maintaining our reputation as an industry leader in guest experience.
Review performance metrics such as NPS & RPS to adapt service delivery and maintain a high degree of guest satisfaction.
Liaise with leaders of other departments to coordinate groups, C&E;, and general guest requests and enquiries.
Maintain a high degree of data accuracy in reporting, and internal reservations systems.
