We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a contract through to end of 2026. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in accuracy. No finance qualifications are required - just solid data entry skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

About the Role

Reporting into a collaborative team, you'll provide essential support across a range of duties, ensuring key processes are completed accurately and on time.
Data entry of high volume of invoices
Month-end administrative support
Processing expense administration
Updating contract information and processing contract adjustments




Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Assisting with other repetitive and process-driven tasks as required

About You
Previous experience in an administration or accounts role
Robust attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Confident learning and navigating new systems
High attention to detail
