About the role Reporting to the parts team, you'll be the go-to person for getting the right part into the right hands. Day to day, you'll be:
Interpreting and supplying agricultural spare parts accurately and efficiently - Delivering high-quality service to customers at the counter and over the phone - Managing parts enquiries, orders,



and stock control - Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day parts operations About you - Hands-on experience with parts systems and catalogues - Strong communication and customer service skills - Well organised, reliable, and comfortable in a quick-paced environment - Mechanical or machinery knowledge highly regarded - An LF forklift licence is an advantage (or willingness to obtain one) What we offer - A full time, secure position with a trusted local business - A friendly, supportive team - A competitive pay package based on your experience
