What You’ll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through to offer, across retail, distribution, and contact centre roles.
Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience and ensure best-practice recruitment standards are consistently applied.
Actively support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

About You
A natural relationship-builder with solid recruitment experience in a rapid-paced environment
Confident managing high-volume recruitment and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Solutions-focused, resilient, and energised by working in a fast-paced environment.




Comfortable using ATS platforms and highly capable with Microsoft Office; experience with HumanForce (formerly LiveHire) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a solid commitment to delivering a seamless, professional candidate journey.
A cooperative team player who brings energy, ideas, and a robust customer-first mindset.

Bonus Points
Certificate IV or higher in HR or Business Administration.
Experience recruiting within Retail, Supply Chain, or Contact Centre environments.
