Downer Group, on behalf of Spotless, invites applications for a Casual Catering Assistant at Melbourne Immigration Detention Centre in Broadmeadows, VIC. You will help prepare nutritious, culturally diverse meals and support the Chef Manager and Head Chef.

We require a Certificate II in Kitchen Operations or higher, valid Food Safety certificates, and a current Working with Children Check. Prior experience in a commercial kitchen and HACCP knowledge are essential.
