About the Role
Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back‑of‑house administration.
Permanent Part Time position with a Wednesday‑Sunday roster, 25 hours a week.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
Solid people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs and in line with budgets.
